FINISHED!

Okay, I am such a nerdd. At least I feel like one. I have spent the entire day reading the rest of Twilight. From chapter 3 to the end. For me that's a lot because I don't like reading that much at all. Butttt, I really really liked it! When I got to the part where they were playing baseball I couldn't put the book down. It really was a page turner and just a great story. You can almost feel the love Edward and Bella have for each other. I feel like I am right in the action watching it all which I think is a main reason why I really enjoyed the book. When you read the reviews on Twilight it says its a good book for all ages and you read about how older women like to read it because it reminds them of their first true love. That explains why it was a bestseller, because it appeals to all ages really. The most interesting thing I found out though, is that this whole idea came to Stephenie Meyer through a dream and then she had to write about it.
That is Stephenie; go look at her website, you can read an excerpt from another book she is working on called Midnight sun, which is Edwards point of view. (http://www.stepheniemeyer.com/)

Chapter 3

 Chapter 3
I find this chapter to be a really good one. As I read the last page it made want to continue reading and not put the book down to blog. The main thing that happens is that Bella gets in a little accident. The rain from the day before had turned into ice and that was the cause of the whole collision. Bella had gotten to school and was standing outside leading up against her truck when she noticed that everyone around her was pretty much staring at her including Edward. Then she realizes why as she looks and sees a van coming towards her. Right as it is about to crush her Edward comes over and grabs her, puts his hang out, and stops the van before it crushes her legs. When Bella gets to the hospital Edwards father is her doctor who makes sure she is okay. The only thing that is on Bella's mind its Edward and all the questions she has for him.
The first 30 seconds of the the video shows what I was talking about.

Chapter 2

Chapter Two- Open Book
Bella's next day of school was both better but worse at the same time. Her new friends talked to her and made her feel more welcomed, but she got a question wrong in Trig which upset her and then she had a very clumsy moment in PE class which really embarrassed her. The worst thing for Bella was that Edward Cullen was not at school. It pretty much consumes her as to wondering why he was not there. While her friend Mike kept doing everything her could to talk to Bella and get her attention. Its blatantly obvious that he likes her. I almost feel bad for him because she has absolutely no thoughts of him in that way. He sits by her at lunch while the only thing he can think about is how she feels like it's her fault he is not there. Did she do something wrong already? How could someone hate her when she had only been at school for one full day? If I was Bella I honestly don't think I would be that concerned. If someone were to judge me that quickly I would basically say screw you. Then on the other hand, I probably wouldn't have thought so deeply about why someone wasn't at school let alone think it was all my fault.
When school is over Bella goes grocery shopping and makes dinner for her and Charlie. The Internet at her house is dial up, so when she finally gets her email to load she has three emails from her mom Renee worrying about how Bella is doing, which you are told is pretty normal for her mom. That she tends to worry a lot.
The fallowing Monday at at school it starts to snow and Bella is not happy about it. Eric hits her with a snowball while she is talking with Mike because Eric sees Mike a threat. Everyone seems to be excited about the snow except Bella. As they are sitting at lunch Bella notices Edward come and take a seat with the rest of the Cullens. They make eye contact and Bella doesn't know what to do and then when they get to Biology things become even more weird because he introduces himself to her and knows to call her Bella when most of the people there called her Isabella to start and then Bella when she told them that is what she wanted to be called. They are assigned an experiment and as they are performing it Edward and Bella's hands touch. Bella is immediately shocked at how cold they are and how it felt "as an electric current" was passing though them. She then notices how his eyes were black unlike the first day of school when they were a different goldish color. Then, her being so weird, asks about his eyes. Gosh, reading this part makes me sooo mad. Why would you even say that you noticed someones eyes changed from gold a week ago to black today? That is just weird and awkward. Edward ends up asking Bella why she moved to Forks. She explains that she moved so that her mother could travel with her new husband, Phil, who is a minor league baseball player.
If I was put in Bella situation I don't know if I would move all the way to Forks just so that my mom would be with her new husband. I would probably just travel with her and be home schooled. I would much rather be in warm weather than in Forks and if I had only been seeing my dad for 2 weeks a year I would be too afraid of how awkward it would be if I went and lived with him then.
.
Me and my dad(:

It's about time.

Well, after a long time of putting this off, I have finally started reading! I'm warning you all now that I'm reading Twilight, so if you don't want to hear anything more about it, leave now(:

Chapter 1- First Sight pg. 3-29
To start off this book is written from the eyes of the main charecter, Isablla Swan or better known as Bella. The chapter opens with her mother taking her to the airport in Phoenix Arizona. Bella has decided to go live with her father in the small town of Forks, Washington. Forks is known to be the most rainy city in the United States and it is cloudy there almost every day. Why would someone would leave a warm 75 degree, sunny place to move to Forks, I will never understand.
Charlie, her father, has bought her a really old Chevy truck as a homecoming present. When they were first talking about it Bella seemed a little skeptical of it, but the second she saw it she loved it. When reading the description I don't think I would be as happy as she was to get that kind of car. I would have wanted a newer jeep or something. Not a beat up old truck.
Bella is already signed up for high school when she arrives to Forks and her first day is next. She is really nervous because she sees herself as a clumsy weird girl and she also knows she doesn't fit the profile of a girl coming from Arizona. She should be tan and pretty. While Bella is part albino and doesn't see herself as pretty.
When she gets to school she sees that her old truck doesn't really stand out in the parking lot. It fits in unlike the shiny Volvo she sees parked in there. She attends class and makes friends with Eric in English class, then Jessica in Trigonometry and Spanish. As she is eating lunch she looks over and sees a group of extremely pale and beautiful people all sitting together. It is explained to her that they are the Cullens.
I find that this chapter is pretty much a little over view/look into what is coming up next. You obviously wonder what is going to happen with her and Edward Cullen and how the rest of her time in Forks is going to go.

Buttttt; here is what her car looks like and what I would want if my dad were to buy me one.
